Tom Manjaly

Tom is Head of Legal and Compliance at Veld Capital. Tom joined AnaCap Financial Partners in 2018 and supported the Credit business from a legal, compliance and ESG perspective. Following the carve out of AnaCap Credit to Veld Capital in 2022, Tom was appointed Head of Legal, with overall responsibility for the legal and compliance function and maintains supervision and oversight of risk and ESG.

Prior to joining Veld, Tom was an Associate in the M&A and Capital Markets team at Vinson & Elkins in London. He began his career at SJ Berwin and holds a B.A. in Law from the London School of Economics.
