Micaela Oliveira

Micaela is Fund Governance Oversight Manager at Veld Capital. Micaela joined Veld Capital in August 2023, and is based in Luxembourg. Micaela has a number of management and directorship responsibilities across Veld’s Luxembourg based funds. Micaela provides local oversight and expertise in managing key relationships in Luxembourg, as well providing local insights into best practices and fund governance.

Prior to joining Veld, Micaela has held various regulatory and fund management roles. Recently, Micaela was Head of Executive Investments at Triton Partners in Luxembourg, where she managed projects, executive investments, the AIFM, AIFs and SPVs.
